We run the recruiting ads, filter every single applicant, and put A-level recruits straight on your calendar, all built under your agency's name, inside your own ad account. Quality over quantity isn't a slogan here. It's the structure.
No mystery about what we do. Three parts. You film one video, we build everything behind it, and the filter makes sure your time only ever touches people worth hiring.
We write you the exact script. You film it on your phone. We handle all the editing and production. That video becomes your recruiting ad, because people don't join agencies. They join leaders. And nobody sells your agency better than you.
We turn that video into recruiting ads and run them through social media, under your agency's name, inside your own ad account. Your face in front of thousands of potential recruits in your market every single day, while you do nothing.
Every applicant answers real qualifying questions before a human ever sees their name. A-level producers book straight onto YOUR calendar. B-level producers route to the managers below you, so your downline grows too. Unqualified reps never see the light of day.
You wake up to a calendar of interviews actually worth having. That is the whole system.
I'm Max Solomon. I'm twenty, a computer science student at Georgia Southern, based out of Atlanta. I started Solomon Scales because I kept watching agency owners get burned the same way: job boards full of people who wanted a different job, recruiters charging per head and disappearing, and a monthly invoice from somebody reporting "impressions" while the team stayed the same size.
Before this, I spent three years in e-commerce, running Meta ads on my own products, with my own money on the line. E-com is the hardest room in paid traffic: the numbers either make you profitable or they don't, and there's nowhere to hide. That's where I learned to read data: what a winning ad looks like before it's obvious, when to kill something, when to scale it. That discipline is what runs your recruiting now.
We're not really an agency. We're the growth system your agency was missing. And because I'm an engineer before I'm a marketer, every piece of it is built by hand, not dragged out of a template. The pages, the filter, the automation. All of it built around one question: is your calendar filling with people worth hiring?
Being twenty means I'm not coasting on a book of business from 2015. I'm building this for the long run, which means I need owners who'd recommend me more than I need one more invoice. That's why there are no long contracts, why I'll tell you no on the call if it's not a fit, and why everything we build stays yours.

Insurance agency owners who are serious about growing their team and want to own the machine that grows it. If you want a pile of applicants tomorrow with no build and no ad budget, this isn't it. That's what job boards sell, and it's why you're here.
Yours. We work through partner access on your Business Manager. We never ask for a password, and you can remove us in two clicks. Everything the campaigns build, from pixel data to audiences to creative history, appreciates under your agency's name, not ours.
A qualifying filter between the ad and your calendar. Every applicant answers real questions, from background and licensing to work ethic and why this career, before you ever see a name. Most recruiting systems are built to maximize applications, because applications are what they get paid on. Ours is built to throw applications away. Fewer names, better interviews, higher-quality hires.
A job board sells you access to people who are shopping everywhere at once. A recruiter charges you per head and moves on. We build your own pipeline, under your own name. Your agency's brand gets stronger every month it runs, the filter means you only talk to people who cleared your bar, and the whole asset stays with you.
Three years of e-commerce, running Meta ads on our own products with our own money on the line. E-com is the most unforgiving arena in paid traffic. The data either makes you profitable or it doesn't. That's the discipline we bring to your recruiting: creative testing, audience reads, and kill-or-scale decisions made off numbers, not feelings.
Two numbers: what you pay us to build and run the system, and your ad spend, which goes to Meta on your own card. Every engagement is custom-quoted on the call once I know your agency and your market. I'm not going to guess at a number before I know how you operate.
I won't give you a number, and be careful with anyone who does. Volume moves with budget, market and season. What I'll commit to is the build, the filter, the follow-up, and the weekly adjustment.
Landing pages ship in three to five days. Campaigns usually go live within a week of getting access, and we respond within 24 hours, always. The learning phase takes a few days after launch, and judging it on day two is the most common way something that was about to work gets killed.
Thirty minutes on a call, and you'll know exactly what we'd build for you and whether it's worth doing.
