I'm Max Solomon. I'm 20, based in Atlanta, and I'm a growth operator for insurance agencies. I started Solomon Scales after watching agency owners get burned the same way over and over: job boards full of people who wanted a different job, recruiters charging per head and disappearing, and marketers reporting "impressions" while the team stayed the same size.
Before this, I spent three years in e-commerce running Meta ads with my own money on the line. The numbers either make you money or they don't, and there's nowhere to hide. That's where I learned when to kill an ad, when to scale it, and how to read the data before it's obvious. That discipline runs your recruiting now.
